
it’s that time again. time for us to share our meals for the week in order to inspire, cook and conquer!
here are mine:
monday- fried spaghetti and garlic topped with myzithira cheese, spinach salad and garlic bread.
tuesday- honey chipotle barbecue chicken sandwiches on cheesey baquettes. yogurt smoothies (with spinach for added nutrition) for dessert.
wednesday- nutty pumpkin waffles, breakfast sausage, and eggs.
thursday- chicken and dumplings with mashed potatos and salad.
friday- pizza night! i use a foccaccia bread recipe for the crust and top with sauce, cheddar, mozz and parmesan cheese, salad on the side.
saturday- every man for himself!
